XVIII Food Chemistry Meeting

The XVIII EQA 2026 (18th Meeting on Food Chemistry) is a national scientific conference dedicated to Food Chemistry, bringing together researchers from universities, polytechnic institutes, research centres, industry, and regulatory bodies. The event continues a tradition begun in 1993, promoting dialogue between academia and the applied sectors in food science.
