This annual conference aims to bring together people from academia and industry workingin the field of formulation. Each year a specific topic is selected for oral communications while poster communications cover the wide range of formulation topics.
In 2024, the selected topic is “Formulation for tomorrow’s food”. There are 5 sessions dedicated to the following topics: transition to proteins, bioresources, new processes for food formulation, circular economy vs food formulation (led by students), substitution is food formulation.
In addition, a public presentation by an expert on vegetal proteins will be held during the conference in the evening of December 4th.
