DESCRIPTION:This annual conference aims to bring together people from acade
 mia and industry workingin the field of formulation. Each year a specific 
 topic is selected for oral communications while poster communications cove
 r the wide range of formulation topics.\n\nIn 2024\, the selected topic is
  "Formulation for tomorrow's food". There are 5 sessions dedicated to the 
 following topics: transition to proteins\, bioresources\, new processes fo
 r food formulation\, circular economy vs food formulation (led by students
 )\, substitution is food formulation.\n\nIn addition\, a public presentati
 on by an expert on vegetal proteins will be held during the conference in 
 the evening of December 4th.
