November 2011 – EuChemS has submitted its position on the Areas of untapped potential for the development of the European Research Area (ERA).
EuChemS has expressed its views concerning the obstacles which have to be tackled to achieve a well-functioning ERA as far as the following identified issues are concerned:
- Researchers
- Cross border operation of research actors
- Research infrastructure
- Knowledge circulation
- International dimension
- Managing and monitoring the ERA partnership.
EuChemS underlined the importance of applying reserch excellence while embracing European diversity.
