In June 2022, EuChemS responded to the Survey in support of the Commission’s services work on the preparation of a “Strategic Research and Innovation Plan for safe and sustainable Chemicals and Materials”.
In the survey, EuChemS emphasized the importance of a harmonised understanding of testing/measurement/analytical procedures, an integrated approach in academic teaching and strong academia-industry collaboration. In addition, incorrect terminology was connected.
