The EUCOMC XXIV is one of the biannual conferences of the EuChemS’s DOM with the aim to be a European forum to discuss the latest developments, achievements and prospects in Organometallic Chemistry.
This conference will offer opportunities to discuss the latest developments, achievements and prospects in Organometallic Chemistry. Special interest will be focused to create a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods in the Organometallic Chemistry field.
As well, this XXV meeting would be the perfect forum to celebrate the anniversary of the Nobel Prize awarded to Profs. G. Wilkinson and E. O. Fischer for their pioneering work on the chemistry of the organometallic sandwich compounds.
Beyond the scientific interest of this meeting, Alcalá de Henares displays a remarkable cultural, architectural and gastronomic offer that can make your stay really pleasant. It was declared World Heritage City in 1998 and is the birthplace of Miguel de Cervantes, universally renowned for his novel “Don Quixote”. Furthermore, Alcalá University is a modern Institution, founded by Cardinal Cisneros in 1499 as a novel educational project at the time.
