The workshop will explore the meaning behind the figures of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2S46i0T\">2<sup>nd<\/sup> Employability Survey of European Chemists<\/a>, such as gender imbalance, acquired versus needed skills, the need to bring academia and industry closer together, and funding opportunities through Horizon Europe.
