The aim of the assessment is to establish a cut-off value for intake of \u201cfree\u201d sugars that is not associated with adverse health effects<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nanomaterials and food safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EFSA has opened a public consultation on its draft guidance for the risk assessment of nanoscience and nanotechnology applications in the food and feed chain.
