{"id":2711,"date":"2017-06-16T11:05:24","date_gmt":"2017-06-16T10:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/newsletters\/?p=2711"},"modified":"2017-06-29T08:57:06","modified_gmt":"2017-06-29T07:57:06","slug":"council-defines-its-negotiating-stance-on-circular-economy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/newsletters\/council-defines-its-negotiating-stance-on-circular-economy\/","title":{"rendered":"Council Defines its Negotiating Stance on Circular Economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 19 May 2017, the Council of the European Union agreed on a negotiating mandate to start negotiations with the European Parliament on all four legislative proposals on waste, which are part of the Circular economy package submitted by the Commission by the end of 2015.\u00a0Before these proposals are approved both the European Parliament and the Council must give their green light.
