The Guidance, which updates <a href=\"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2012.2665\/full\">the document published by EFSA<\/a> in 2012, was drafted in the light of newly available human in vitro studies.
