{"id":17440,"date":"2022-11-14T17:25:36","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T16:25:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/newsletters\/?p=17440"},"modified":"2022-11-15T10:37:12","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T09:37:12","slug":"executive-board-meeting-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/newsletters\/executive-board-meeting-3\/","title":{"rendered":"EuChemS Executive Board Meeting held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">The Executive Board of the European Chemical Society met online on 19 October.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">President Floris Rutjes chaired the meeting, where the Executive Board members contributed to the discussion on follow ups from the General Assembly meeting in Lisbon. Many of the key points were of strategic nature. In addition, policy activities including EuChemS joining COARA and EuChemS contributions to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/communication\/science-policy-advice\/zero-pollution-stakeholder-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zero Pollution Stakeholder Platform <\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euchems.eu\/communication\/chemicals-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">High Level Roundtable on the implementation of the Chemicals Strategy <\/a>stakeholder were considered by the attendees.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">EuChemS Secretary General Nineta Hrastelj presented current state of EuChemS affairs. EuChemS Task Group Chairs were also invited to present recent activities of their respective Task Groups and bring up proposals for discussion regarding future activities.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The next meeting of the Executive Board is scheduled for February 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Executive Board of the European Chemical Society met online on 19 October.
