Brussels News Update - May 2018

Hello and welcome to the May edition of Brussels News Updates – your monthly newsletter on chemistry in Europe!

This month’s big news: the European Commission has unveiled the name and proposed budget for the successor funding programme to Horizon2020. Called Horizon Europe (no longer FP9), and with a proposed budget of nearly 100 billion euro, the proposal has already sparked debate.
