SUMMARY:NeXT-Chem: INNOVATIVE CROSS-SECTORAL TECHNOLOGIES VI-th Edition (Ne
 XT-Chem )
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the sixth edition of the Exploratory
  Workshop NeXT-Chem: Innovative cross-sectoral technologies\, which will b
 e held as part of the upcoming European Research &amp\; Innovation Week.\n
 NeXT-Chem VI aims to provide a platform for young researchers (Master and 
 PhD students) to present their ground-breaking work in developing innovati
 ve solutions to global challenges.\nOur event will include a dedicated ses
 sion on knowledge valorisation on March 21st\, focusing on delivering impa
 ctful innovations critical for addressing pressing issues such as climate 
 change and digital energy transition. The fields addressed on occasion of 
 the exploratory workshop are: nano-sciences and nanomaterials\; environmen
 tal and cultural heritage artifacts' preservation\; sustainable management
  of resources\; capitalization of bio-resources\; increasing the competiti
 veness of industrial products\; green transition of the chemical and petro
 chemical industry\; recycling\, upcycling and recovery of by-products.\n\n
 As we embark on a new journey to achieve the goals outlined in the Europea
 n Green Deal and REPowerEU\, which are consistent with those of NextGenera
 tion EU\, we will commemorate 20 years of ICECHIM as a National Institute 
 for Research &amp\; Development in Romania and shape our contribution to E
 U political priorities\, recognizing the critical role of research and inn
 ovation activities in supplying the technologies required for a sustainabl
 e future.\n\nThe official language of the workshop is English.\n\nSession
