SUMMARY:24th International Conference on Organic Synthesis
DESCRIPTION:The conference has a long tradition that dates to 1976 and has 
 been organized every two years in different parts of the World. Since the 
 beginning\, the conference series has focused on different aspects of orga
 nic synthesis\, addressing the most important advances in the field and is
  noted for its excellent scientific level. In 2026\, the Conference will c
 ome to Poland for the first time in history.\nThe 24th edition of the Inte
 rnational Conference on Organic Synthesis (24-ICOS) is organized at Lodz U
 niversity of Technology by the Polish Chemical Society\, under the auspice
 s of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).\n24-IC
 OS will feature an exciting series of scientific events bringing prominent
  chemists from around the world to Łódź for six days of meetings\, lect
 ures and discussions. The programme will include plenary lectures\, invite
 d lectures\, and many oral and poster presentations to allow as many atten
 dants as possible to present their scientific results from different areas
  of organic synthesis. Traditionally\, the conference will also host the T
 hieme-IUPAC Prize lecture. The aim of the conference is to provide a platf
 orm for the exchange of ideas and experiences among researchers from all o
 ver the world who are interested in the development and application of org
 anic synthesis.\n\nThe Conference will cover the broad spectrum of organic
  synthesis highlighting modern trends in:\n- Synthetic methodology\,\n- Ca
 talysis (asymmetric\, photocatalysis\, electrocatalysis)\,\n- Medicinal an
 d bioorganic chemistry\,\n- Chemical biology\,\n- Natural products synthes
 is\,\n- Chemistry of nano- and functionalized materials.\n\nThe Internatio
 nal Scientific Committee will review submitted and invite selected Authors
  to contribute to programme with oral presentations.
