DESCRIPTION:Starting in the early 80ies the “flavors &amp\; fragrance 202
 5” conference is the eight in the series. It was first organized by the 
 Royal Society of Chemistry\, and since 2013\, the Liebig Division for Orga
 nic Chemistry of the Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker takes over. This time
  the conference will take place in Göttingen\, a place that also has a gr
 eat history in flavor &amp\; fragrance chemistry. The scientific program h
 as been set up by Lutz Ackermann\, Svenja Warratz\, Philip Kraft and Johan
 nes Panten\, it consists of five sessions. Main focus will be fragrance ch
 emistry\, however many talks will also cover other interesting aspects lik
 e e.g. perfumery\, natural product chemistry or applications of AI in olfa
 ction. In addition there will be again an excursion\, this year combined w
 ith an exhibition of olfaction and contemporary arts.
