SUMMARY:European Symposium on Biological and Organic Chemistry (ESBOC-ChemB
 ioEurope)
DESCRIPTION:The ESBOC Symposia (European Symposia in Bio-Organic Chemistry)
\, established by Cedric Hassall in 1967\, has previously taken place each
May at Gregynog Hall\, in mid-Wales.\n\nFollowing our decision to hold ES
BOC in Continental Europe in alternate years\, the next ESBOC Symposium wi
ll be held at the Belambra Anglet ‘La Chambre d’Amour’ in Biarritz F
rance\, from May 13th to 15th May 2024. The meeting is being co-organised
with the ChemBioEurope network\, with the support of the Division of Chemi
stry in Life Sciences of EuChemS.\n\nThe Chair is Helen Hailes (University
  College London)\, the Vice-Chair Olalla Vázquez (Marburg University)\, a
nd Boris Vauzeilles (Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles\, CNRS)
as the previous chair.\n\nConfirmed Plenary Speakers include:\n• Lena Da
umann (Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf)\nThe Chemistry Europe Lect
