EuCheMS and Member Society's events and activities for IYC 2011

Primo Levi’s lesson: A bridge between chemistry and literature from a lecture given by Luigi Dei in universities in Italy and other countries; in 2010 the Italian Society of Chemistry in 2010 edited a DVD of the lecture.

European Women in Chemistry, edited by Jan Apotheker and Livia Sarkadi, is a EuCheMS contribution to IYC by Wiley-VCH.

The book comprises a series of about 50 portraits of prominent European women chemists throughout the centuries selected on the basis of suggestions received from EuCheMS member societies.
